Holistic Nutrition/Live Blood Analysis & Dietetics

Nutritional Analysis

Understanding your nutritional status, eating habits and the type of food that you eat is an important part of your assessment. Identifying the unique way that food reacts to your body is imperative to achieving long-term health. We are dedicated to helping you achieve your dietary goals.

Live Blood Analysis involves obtaining a drop of blood from the fingertip using a sterile lancet, placing it on a microscope slide with a coverslip, and observing it immediately under a darkfield microscope at up to 1000x magnification. The process is displayed on a monitor, allowing observation of blood components such as red and white blood cells, plasma, and particles like bacteria, yeast, and crystals.

Unlike standard lab tests, Live Blood Analysis focuses on the quality of blood, reflecting diet, lifestyle, and stress impacts. It can help identify issues such as immune function, free radical damage, cell abnormalities, cardiovascular risks, nutrient deficiencies, digestive disorders, anemia, toxin levels, and more.

Dry Blood Analysis involves puncturing a fingertip, allowing a blood bead to form for 30 seconds, and pressing it onto a microscope slide eight times. The slide is left to dry for 15 minutes, during which the blood undergoes significant changes.

This method may helps detect and monitor inflammation (acute or chronic), locate inflammation sources, and identify issues such as heavy metal toxicity, parasites, nutrient imbalances, antibiotic damage, bowel inflammation, lymphatic burden, protein metabolism issues, and thyroid or endocrine imbalances.
