As you enhance and improve your health and wellness at NatCan, you can now explore individual psychotherapy sessions to address what might be getting in your way from creating what you want, or simply having more peace, calmness, vitality and joy in your life and in your relationships. You can use these sessions to address stress, implement CBT and mindfulness practices, gain more clarity, improve relationships, and/or have the space to navigate life and grow. All sessions can be covered by benefits for psychotherapy.
At NatCan, all psychotherapy appointments are done virtually with Laura Louise Persichetti at NatCan Integrative Medical and Wellness Centre.
